Full paper submission deadline extended to 21 MARCH 2010

There will not be any further extension, as such, please submit your full paper by 21 March 2010, 23:59 hrs, +GMT 08:00 hrs.

Preparation of Paper

  1. For submission of paper for review, the page length should be between four (04) to eight (08) pages.
  2. Each paper should NOT exceed 8 pages (inclusive of diagrams and graphs)
  3. After review, if your paper is accepted, your final paper should NOT exceed eight (08) pages. Papers longer than eight pages will NOT be published.
  4. The paper submissions must follow the exact paper template posted below. The organiser reserves the right to reject papers that do not conform to the prescribed template.
  5. The mode of your presentation (oral or poster) will be made known to you AFTER the review of the paper.

Submission Procedure

  1. Click on the link below to access the online submission system webpage.
  2. You have to login using the SAME ID and password that you had used earlier to submit your abstract.If you have misplaced or forgotten your password, please click on the "Forgotten password" link to reset it.
  3. Please do NOT create a new account as you will NOT be able to submit the paper without an accepted abstract.
  4. Upon login, you will see your abstract details and the "Submit Paper" button for you to proceed with your submission.
    • Step 1: Edit Abstract / Keyword(s) / Presentation Information
    • Step 2: Edit Affiliation(s)
    • Step 3: Edit Author(s)
    • Step 4: Submit Full Paper (following the templated posted above)
    • Step 5: Confirm Submission and Agree to Copyright Form
  5. If you do not need to edit your original abstract submission, you can proceed directly to submit your final paper file by clicking on the "Proceed to Upload File" button
  6. Instructions for each step are listed on the submission system, please read carefully before proceeding to the next step.
  7. An email will be sent to you upon successful submission of your paper.
  8. You may edit your submission any time before the stipulated deadline or the assignment of your paper for review (whichever comes earlier). You will need your User ID and your Password to re-enter the system to edit your abstract.
  9. Please keep a record of your submission ID. You will need it to communicate with the conference secretariat about your submission.
